The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They were pretty good too help locate my lost passport and made sure I could continue my trip smoothly. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a central location for exploring the city.

The bathroom conditions could be improved as there were issues with the plumbing in the sink.

The room was modern, quiet, and well-maintained with great soundproofing. The curtains blocked out light effectively. The room cleaning was efficient and WiFi was fast. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious pastries and the location near the metro station was convenient for exploring Lisbon and nearby places like Sintra.

The rooms on the higher floors offer a great view of the park of Eduard VII, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. We had a great breakfast every morning to start our day at Hf Fenix Garden. The staff was excellent and made our stay wonderful. Although there was a small issue with the stand lamp not working, it was quickly rectified by the attentive front staff. The bed and shower were also comfortable, important after a long day of exploring.
