The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They were pretty good too help locate my lost passport and made sure I could continue my trip smoothly. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a central location for exploring the city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are spacious and always kept clean by the friendly staff. The breakfast offered is varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. some rooms offer a nice view of the park in front of the hotel, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
The bathroom conditions could be improved as there were issues with the plumbing in the sink.

The room was modern, quiet, and well-maintained with great soundproofing. The curtains blocked out light effectively. The room cleaning was efficient and WiFi was fast. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious pastries and the location near the metro station was convenient for exploring Lisbon and nearby places like Sintra.

This hotel is ideally placed for the Metro, making it easy to explore the city center and beyond. The rooms on the higher floors offer a great view of the park of Eduard VII, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are satisfactory, and the oversized double bed adds an extra level of comfort. The breakfast buffet offers a good variation of food, including many local dishes, ensuring a delightful start to the day.

We had a great breakfast every morning to start our day at Hf Fenix Garden. The staff was excellent and made our stay wonderful. Although there was a small issue with the stand lamp not working, it was quickly rectified by the attentive front staff. The bed and shower were also comfortable, important after a long day of exploring.
